Piet Ice Creams was opened in the summer of 2022 in Den Haag. It incorporates Italian artisanal ice cream technique with a fusion of world flavors.

The recipes were collected in places we lived in and traveled, hence one may say that they are literally frozen memories.

We use carefully picked ingredients of the best quality combining seasonal local produce with exotic ingredients.
